Community Resources
KOSIS’ mission is to provide space (both physically and digitally) to the community of people who want to know more about who they are and the impact they want to have in their world of influence. Our resource page speaks directly to this mission – showcasing women who are providing services to the communities in which they find themselves working and living. Please feel free to look through and contact any of the providers with questions or appointment requests.

Strengthening Connections
Empowering Growth Through Vulnerability
At Strengthening Connections LLC, we are dedicated to helping individuals and communities grow through the power of vulnerability and shared understanding. Founded by Camille Heller, a CDCA, QMHS, Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI), Social Emotional Learning (SEL), and Trauma-Informed Care Consultant, our mission is to create safer, more compassionate spaces where healing and growth can flourish.
As a survivor who has walked the path of trauma and recovery, I believe in “healing out loud.” By openly sharing my journey, I aim to inspire others to embrace their own growth and build resilience through meaningful connections.
Our Approach:
Strengthening Connections LLC blends professional expertise with lived experience to offer practical, actionable tools for individuals, organizations, and caregivers. We specialize in and offer services to:
Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI): Promoting safety and de-escalation strategies.
Social Emotional Learning (SEL): Equipping communities with the skills to regulate emotions and foster healthy relationships.
Trauma-Informed Practices: Helping organizations build resilience and break cycles of pain.
Mental Health Advocacy: Creating inclusive environments that prioritize self-care and mental wellness.
CPI Certification Training
As a certified Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) Instructor, I provide official CPI training that equips participants with critical de-escalation techniques and strategies for promoting safety in any environment. Participants who complete the training receive their CPI certification, empowering them to implement these vital skills in their professional and personal lives.
What We Offer:
CPI Certification Training: Earn your certification while gaining practical tools for crisis prevention and safety.
Customized Workshops and Training: Tailored to meet the unique needs of your team or organization.
Consultations: Expert advice to help foster safer, more inclusive environments.
Mindful Connections Training: Practical strategies to support emotional intelligence and self-regulation.
A Message from Our Founder:
I established Strengthening Connections LLC to be a catalyst for change. Through my work, I strive to create spaces where everyone feels seen, heard, and supported. I believe that embracing vulnerability helps us uncover our shared humanity, build authentic connections, and empower personal and collective growth.
